We collect your personal data because it is necessary, in relation to taking steps to enter into a
contract with you, including, but not limited to, the design – installation – maintenance of your
Security Alarm - Access Control - CCTV.

• Information you give us: This is information about you that you give us in corresponding by phone,
e-mail, on site when filling in documents, using our website or otherwise. The information you give
us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card
information. This information will only be used for the purpose indicated and will be held in a secure
manner. It will not be used for any other purpose without your permission, and will not be kept for
longer than necessary. If you are concerned about providing your personal information please
contact us and we will arrange alternative means for you to provide this information.

How do we use your personal data?

• For alarm systems which require monitoring, this will be carried out by an approved third party
and you will be asked at the time to supply names, telephone numbers and passwords

• For alarm systems which require monitoring with Police response, we will supply your details as
required by the NPCC (National Police Chiefs Council) security systems policy document.

Where relevant, we will require that third parties follow our data protection and privacy policies and
we will require that such third parties do not use your personal details for their own business
purposes, without your prior consent.

How long do we keep your data for?

Personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary

TSS Ltd has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information
under our control.
In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, and other third parties
who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our
instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
